Help Keep Our Athletes SAFE

BEFORE you come to class/practice make sure you can answer NO to all of these questions
- Have you had a fever in the past 24 hours?
- Have you been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19?
- Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat?
- Have you had a loss of taste or smell?
- Have you been vomiting or had diarrhea in the past 24 hours?
- Do you have any other communicable illness?
No one will be permitted in our facility if they have been diagnosed (have not recovered or are still into 14 days quarantine period), had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, or have had contact with someone who has or is suspected to have COVID-19 and is still in the 14 day quarantine period.
Wash Your Hands
Washing your hands before and after using the gym will help prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria.

Garland's Gymnastics Covid Policies for Phases 1.5 & 2 (Subject to change with State,CDC, and Federal guidelines)
- All employees will be asked to be temperature screened prior to arriving at work.
- We ask that students check temperature at home before coming to gym
- A touch less thermometer will be available at the facility in case needed.
- Temperature should not exceed 100.4 degrees fahrenheit, individuals with higher temperature will be sent home.
Garland's Gymnastics Academy has a written plan and will work with local health authorities.
If a member has developed a positive COVID-19 diagnosis. Garland's Gymnastics will maintain the confidentiality of the COVID-19 infected person.
